Christian Poswa succeeds Detlef Wintzen as the new CEO

“One of the most important things a founder CEO can do is hand over the reins to a successor at the right time and Christian Poswa is the perfect choice. He has remarkable business acumen and, after being on board for over thirteen years, he knows exactly how we operate. Christian played an instrumental role in setting up the Cologne office. Since 2016 he has made a decisive contribution to shaping the agency’s development as COO. It was a match made in heaven!” said Detlef Wintzen about his successor.

“I’m both delighted and proud to be taking on Detlef Wintzen’s CEO role. We already have a long track record of working together. For us, all those years of close collaboration were like a meeting of minds that motivated us to keep on upping our game. Detlef was always a good navigator. Now I’m excited to be embracing his legacy and opening the next chapter of insglück’s success story with some of the best people in the world,” said Christian Poswa, in his new role.

Frederik Nimmesgern is now Chief Creative Officer

Christoph Kirst, another man who has been contributing to insglück’s success for the past sixteen years or more will be focusing on business development from now on as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role he will be ensuring that sustainability is even more deeply rooted in the insglück business strategy and driving the agency’s digitalisation and international expansion.

Frederik Nimmesgern joined insglück in 2020 as Concept & Strategy Director and was appointed to the management board in 2022. As the agency’s new Chief Creative Officer he will be in charge of creative operations across all sites and units. Frederik is an experienced expert with the right expertise, power and passion to perform this demanding function. His extensive content and campaign competence have already proven valuable in the successive expansion of insglück’s creative portfolio. “Client requirements are constantly changing and today’s live communication concepts need more strategic planning than ever before. Only then can they deliver maximum impact in combination with other communication measures,” said Frederik Nimmesgern.
