Bayer Schering Pharma sets 800 field sales representatives in motion during their kick-off convention entitled “stronger together”.
The objective: get the Bayer and Schering staff excited about the integration process, reduce skepticism and encourage people to intermingle. The insglück concept fosters a harmonious mixture of information and interactive experience. Our idea is to create a visual analogy of the integration process by constructing a house and moving in tenants of all kinds. During the convention, the integration “architects” make the process transparent by presenting their ideas, plans, reasons and objectives. A dinner show provides the staff with tongue-and-cheek insights into the characteristic traits of a typical Schering and Bayer employee. After getting to know each other a little better, the staff is ready for a thrilling team event on the next day. With the help of light elements and various building tools, the 90 mixed Bayer-Schering teams present their ideas about the new corporate organisation in the form of a cube one cubic meter in size. 800 employees become architects, planners and interior designers and build – cube by cube – an impressive building. The end result is a “we-feeling” and the insight: “together we are stronger”.
