Our event management system is certified to ISO 20121:2024. This marks an important milestone for us, following two and a half years of developing our processes and establishing new structures.
Measurable targets and KPIs, a dedicated Sustainability Management function, and clear sustainability requirements for procurement, partners and service providers are now integral parts of the system. Insights gained from post-project reviews are also incorporated – with the aim of continuously improving our processes.
