That is what made the eBay Pre-Loved Pop-Up Store so special for 3,500 visitors during the Christmas season. Just in time for the first Advent weekend, eBay impressively showed their customers that gifts don't always have to be new!
Over three days, the store presented an extraordinary live shopping experience where over 150 selected pre-loved products told their very own story. There was also a refurb station and experts sharing insights about the circular economy.

Purchase process as interactive as eBay
Visitors scanned QR codes of the items via their smartphones and shopped for the products online on eBay. Special feature: The items could be taken home immediately, including a product story that could be shared under the Christmas tree.
Design, visually consistent and clear
The re-sale concept was combined with a vibrant design and represented eBay's DNA. The iconic look shaped the entire cross-media communication design. From the shop window to the eBay online store, the clear design served as an orientation guide and ensured visual consistency.
