Bringing Europe’s AI Future to Life

Europe’s most radical initiative for technological independence in AI is looking for top talent. The Next Frontier AI Roadshow aims to find them, win them over and inspire them to act. Through a dynamic, open event format designed to turn curiosity into a clear intention to apply.

For SPRIND, the German Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovation, insglück developed the concept together with Meiré und Meiré and went on to deliver it across five international stages.

An Interactive Ecosystem Beyond the Conventional Conference

No auditorium. No marathon panel discussions. No discreet phone scrolling. Instead: an open, modular space where the stage, conversation areas, interactive stations and catering zones flowed into one another. Everything temporary, everything adaptable, with every detail considered at each stop on the tour.

A shared opening brought everyone’s energy together. Then dialogue sessions, thesis testing and co-founder matchmaking ran in parallel. Participants could explore, connect and get involved. A shared closing helped deepen the new connections.

Everything was an invitation, nothing an obligation. Everyone could experience the event in their own way.

Bold Theses. Open Debate.

From “Values live in the stack” to “Don't copy the race, change what winning means”: the Frontier Forums brought provocative theses into open discussion. No scripted panels, no watered-down talking points. Just real friction, real positions and real energy.

Alongside them, the Foundations Auditorium offered a space for clarity. What do we mean by Frontier AI? How does the funding work? How do you build a lab? Here, uncertainty gave way to understanding and trust. Directly, transparently and on equal terms.

“This is an open, interactive ecosystem designed to turn curiosity into clear intent and strangers into potential co-founders.”

Five Cities, One System

From Munich’s Freiheitshalle to the Pavillon Wagram in Paris and LAB42 in Amsterdam: each venue became a place for Europe’s AI future to take shape. Meiré und Meiré’s modular spatial concept adapted to every venue while retaining its character: Perfectly Imperfect. More workshop than polished conference. More pioneering spirit than business as usual.
